In the month of Vaisakh (mid-April to mid-May), the weather is pleasant, and the crops begin to ripen. The stanza conveys that even in this pleasant month, the beings separated from IkOankar (the Divine) remain miserable. Other than the contemplation of
Nam of IkOankar, whatever deeds they do are useless. They are not helpful in their spiritual journey. The eternal companion of the being is IkOankar. Those who remember IkOankar in every moment are honored everywhere.
