In the month of Jeth (mid-May to mid-June), the days are long and scorching hot. Through this month, the Guru delivers the message that one ought to connect with the highest of the high, IkOankar (the Divine), the One who creates everything. Whatever is pleasing, IkOankar does and causes the being to do. It is only through the Wisdom (Guru) that IkOankar is realized, not through one’s own efforts.
